IT AUDIT MANAGER ($8000-$10,500/AWS/VB)ref: MJT  

$10,500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  Central

Responsibilities

• Execute IT Audits which involve critically assessing quality of IT functions and activities in the Group. The coverage includes IT operations, projects, infrastructures, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
• Perform and oversee IT audits to ensure proper discharge of Audit’s mandate and the Audit Plan. This will include the management of IT management and other relevant stakeholders to plan, execute and complete the required audit assignments/initiatives, assess and articulate the residual risks, preparing and/or performing quality assurance of audit reports for issuance, as well as conducting the required follow-ups objectively and professionally.
• There will also be requirements to review certain on-going monitoring initiatives on key IT controls to ensure key IT risks are effectively mitigated.
• Advise and collaborate with IT management to identify opportunities/options in addressing risk and control issues with the objective to improve systems of internal controls. This will include recommendations on enhancement of relevant policies, standards and procedures to mitigate existing and emerging risks.
• Provide support to the other business auditors as part of integrated audit team for selected audits. Areas to support include e.g., application review, validation of workflow and control configuration, access rights governance etc.
• Carry out and complete assigned work with utmost professional attitude and standards, meeting project timelines.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by Internal Audit management.
• Willing to travel to conduct audit engagements in overseas business entities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Computer Science, preferably
• At least 8 years of relevant IT audit working experience in major accounting firms or multinational corporations.
• Experienced in performing IT security (including cyber security readiness) audit.
• Familiarity with auditing in a SAP environment is compulsory.
