Responsibilities
- Analyse IT requirements and provide infrastructure solutions to meet the customer’s business challenges
- Plan and design the structure of technology solution;
- Address technical concerns, issues and propose suggestions
- Technology solutions in line with the client’s enterprise architecture and IT strategy, technology landscape, business requirements, applicable compliance and standards
- Evaluate technology risks and provide independent risk assessment and quality review of technology solutions, including but not limited to analyzing technology systems selection and integration/conversion plans, solution architecture review and governance.
- Conducting end to end analysis of technologies, including operational and cost aspects to form feedback loop to influence infrastructure designs and strategies that will improve service, provide better cost efficiency and increased resiliency
- Identity solutions and work with vendors to design Command Centre / ITOM / AIOPS solutions for On premises / cloud environment deployment which are scalable and can support multi –tenant environments
- Develop and document standards, policies, principles and best practices on existing and future infrastructure architecture and platform
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent technical certifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT infrastructure architecture either as Solutioning Architect
- Familiar with various operating system (such as Windows, Unix);
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
