Location: East
Responsibilities
- Recruitment and selection, performing reference checks, issuing letters of offer, and staff onboarding.
- Work pass application, renewal, and cancellation.
- Compensation and Benefits, Probation Confirmation, and managing Performance Appraisal cycle.
- Maintain and upkeep leave records and personal files.
- Staff training and development administration.
- Manpower-related surveys and submissions to relevant authorities.
- Review policies, processes, improvement, and implementation.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in HR management / Business Administration or any other related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in human resource management.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
- Good knowledge of Employment Act and Labour Law is a plus
