HR MANAGER ($5500-$7500/AWS/VB)ref: GN

$7500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: East

Responsibilities

• To cooperate with Corporate Strategy Office to develop regional business within Group of Companies in Southeast Asia including strategical deployment of Expatriates
• To manage internal reporting for HR, IT Security, CSR, or Sustainability and Corporate related matters to headquarters.
• Expatriate Management including pre-assignment planning, legal and immigration compliance, cultural training and integration, family support assistance, global talent development planning, etc.
• Participate and monitor Business Planning, Headcount budgeting.
• Liaison between Singapore and overseas Offices for HR Matters
• Implement HR policies, procedures and programs and ensure staff compliance for local Office/, overseas offices
• Work closely with Business Unit Heads on key HR matters for Singapore, overseas to provide guidance.
• Assist to facilitate the entire employment process from recruitment to resignation for all staff; including workforce planning, selection, recruitment, induction, asset issuance, dormitory arrangement, staff confirmation, IR21 tax clearance, exit interview, etc.

Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
