Responsibilities
- Manage the implementation of strategies, action, policies and processes in line with the company’s business strategies and needs, to maximize the productivity, motivation and development of employees;
- Plan and drive local HR policies and procedures to provide general HR solution and support in relation to Business Unit and Operation Unit at local site;
- Work closely with various teams to identify hiring needs,
- Conduct job analysis, maintain and update job description through effective communication with hiring department leader; Collaborate with other HR functions to collect and manage recruitment channels on a cost effective way;
- Assist HR Head and business managers on the performance management and people development in their business units;
- Plan, advise and execute HR initiatives in terms of Headcount Budget, C&B Budget and etc. for the local site;
- Drive employee engagement and change management activities based on business needs. Initiate or participate in key HR projects and make sure a smooth execution locally;
- Overall data and reporting ownership with high-level of data-handling, analytical capacity, and providing monthly and annually reports and data;
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in relevant fields or equivalent.
- 5-10 years HR working experience, HR experience in pharmaceutical company is a plus
- Master in Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, PPT);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
