$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: Central

 

Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth and effective operation of the customer service department
  • Lead the customer service team
  • Manage and train Customer Service Assistants to handle all phone calls and inquiries professionally and efficiently in accordance to service standards.
  • Set reasonable customer satisfaction goals and work with the customer service assistants to meet them on a consistent basis
  • Attend, manage and resolve customers’ needs and complaints
  • Improve and facilitate growth in good customer service satisfaction level
  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Develop, implement and review customer service procedures, policies and standards

 

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office application.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
