Location: North
Responsibilities
- Provide HR support in areas of recruitment, training, in-house leave administration, work pass applications, employee engagement activities etc.
- Support communication to relevant stakeholders and handling/filing of documents which may be confidential in nature
- Arrange internal / external meetings
- Prepare correspondences, letters, slides or reports
- Assist in purchase requisition creation in SAP when required
- Prepare reports as required by management
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Assist and support other job-related and ad-hoc duties when necessary as assigned
Requirements
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Proactive and meticulous
- Supportive and responsible with sense of urgency
