Responsibilities
- Provide proper reporting of technical, administrative and accounting information as required.
- Provide technical assistance to sales and customer personnel on product applications to include alternatives, recommendations, explanations, surveys, etc. to meet the customer’s requirements.
- Make recommendations for product improvements, especially as they affect operations and reliability of RA products.
- Assist in training customers and RA personnel in the application, operation, adjustment and proper maintenance of RA equipment.
- Provide feedback concerning safety and liability issues as it relates to the application of RA products.
- Maintains assigned equipment to insure good operating conditions and calibration.
- Ensure thorough familiarity with company policies and procedures. Appropriately apply policies and procedures in compliance with government laws.
- Policies and procedures include, but not limited to: Standards of Business Conduct, Intellectual Property, Control Environment, Information Protection, ISO 9000 & 14000, government regulations (e.g. health, safety, quality and environmental), and functional policies published on the Rockwell Automation Information Network.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 5-10 years’ experience in Electrical, Control and Automation projects.
- Experience with MS Office software products Excel, Word, Project, Visio, etc.
- Good to have Project Management experience.
