Responsibilities

• Serve as a key facilitator to engage various internal and external stakeholders for potential international and multi-institution collaboration.
• Manage the progress of the discussion and render assistance to ease collaborations between parties.
• Organise regular update meetings amongst the study teams and prepare meeting materials including agenda and/or presentation materials, logistics, and create summary of meetings.
• Opportunities to have hands-on experience in the initiation and maintenance of research activities such as developing SOPs, provision of necessary resources and ensuring completion of regulatory and contractual documents.
• Opportunities to work closely with both world-class academic researchers, clinical research organizations, vendors, pharmaceutical and biotech industry partners locally and overseas. There will be ample opportunities for learning and publication.
• This job is ideal for a motivated individual who wants to develop a deeper understanding of the management of translational and clinical research.
• Provide a broad range of high-level administrative support and help plan, organize and manage research-related meetings and conferences.
• Make travel arrangements for the colleagues  including liaising with overseas parties on the programme.

Requirements

• Degree in Science, Business or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Microsoft Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
