Responsibilities
- Plan event program (internal and external) for individual brand based on its concept and requirement
- Responsible for Corporate Events, Partnership and other Marketing activities
- Create detailed proposals for all events, including timelines, venues, vendors, staffing and budgets
- Collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Perform event planning from the beginning to end according to requirements
- Source potential vendors, suppliers, collaborators and sponsorships
- Conduct pre and post event evaluations and report on outcomes; take initiatives to implement improvement plans
- Engage in ad-hoc responsibilities and/or projects as needed to assist in the continuous growth of the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor holder in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communication or any similar field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in event management, sales and marketing is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
