5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: CBD

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences for birthday party decorations.
• Design creative and appealing decoration concepts that align with the client’s theme and preferences.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery, setup, and teardown of decorations.
• Oversee all logistical aspects of the event, including vendors, staff, and equipment to ensure smooth execution.
• Attend the event to ensure decorations are set up as planned and handle any on-site adjustments if needed.
• Maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure every element of the decoration is in place and visually appealing.
• Participate in sales presentations, client meetings, and negotiations to secure new business.
• Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, online content, and social media posts.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in using productivity and design software (e.g., MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
