Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Drive business growth in corporate sector
- Map and identifies opportunities from online platforms
- Conversion of online leads to corporate account
- Manage online chat lifecycle, respond and attend to enquiries
- Draw up parameters and generate reports for data analytics objectives
- Conduct outbound and handle inbound calls where necessary
- Support senior managers
- Attend to sales enquiries, prepare quotations and proactive follow-ups
Requirements
- ITE, Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with SEO, SEM and SMM process is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
