Responsibilities
- Responsible for end to end fulfilment of orders
- Prepare quotations, cost sheets and PRs and ensure POs are raised and sent to vendors
- Prepare delivery orders and arrange delivery with vendors and customers
- Maintain relationship with partners / vendors to ensure smooth operations
- Negotiate for best pricing, review terms and conditions, SLAs and payment terms
- Working with customers, partners / vendors and all stakeholders to prepare for ITQ and
be responsible for all work related to the ITQ submission - Engage customers and handle all sales enquiries, explain/demonstrate features of the focus products
- Identify sales opportunities and understand customer needs/requirements and ensure smooth sales process
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree
- Min 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Technically savvy and proficient in IT to be able to use Enterprise Systems / CRM / ERP
- Good written and oral communication
