- Promotes and markets freight services for import & export and implementation of sales objectives
- Conduct and surveys competitors’ performances and market rates and review pricing structure
- Ensures daily updates by all sales staff in CRM System on customer visits & sales progress
- Takes lead in RFQ, RFP and RFI and attends to sales enquiries and customer complaints
- Hunts for new customer accounts across all industries and services major accounts
- Handles any other special projects in sales, business development & marketing
- Prepares monthly sales and marketing activities reports
- Min. Diploma in Supply chain or related
- Min 2 years in airfreight / seafreight forwarding
- Good interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
- Possess own vehicle
