Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Assist in Scrum activities like backlog grooming, prepare user stories, daily stand up, etc.
- Contribute towards release planning and release signoffs.
- Adhere to organizational guidelines and process.
- Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
- Possess strong problem solving, analytical skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks & prioritize accordingly.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, troubleshoot, and problem.
- Gather, analyse and formalize user’s business requirements and processes, evaluate on feasibility of implementation and manage scope of project.
- Prepare project documentation such as Requirement Specifications/Use Case Specifications etc Adhere to project scope, update requirement traceability matrix, inform and record out-of-scope issues.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field or an MBA.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a Business Analyst role, good banking knowledge is an advantage.
- Experience in AGILE, JIRA or similar ticketing systems.
- Good English communication and presentation skills (excellent verbal and written communication).
