Location: North
Responsibilities
- Handle Customer Complaint resolution, onsite & offsite.
- Submit First Article Sample report customer for approval.
- Lead supervise OQA production lot acceptance and FAI submission team for achieving OTD objective.
- Liaises with inter-department process owners on internal & external quality non-conformance for CAPA effectiveness.
- Conduct process quality trend review, for continual improvement of Product and Process
- Generate CA report condensed by Engineering/QA team solving core team.
- Leads Vendor/Customer Audit / Visits
- Reviews and oversees Continual Improvement Plans, Projects and Technology Roadmaps update.
Requirements
- Min. ITE/ Diploma Holders in Precision Engineering, Mechanical, Quality, Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- MS Excel, PowerPoint and ERP knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
