Location: North
Responsibilities
- Develop motion control and robotic application solutions such as arms, grippers and sensors for customized applications according to customers’ requirements.
- Provide on-site application support and troubleshooting for motion controller, PLC, HMI, Servo driver, motor, encoders and other motion control peripherals
- Selects and integrates robotic accessories such as grippers, pneumatic system, 2D/3D cameras, force torque sensor, laser scanner into a solution to meet the customers’ business needs.
- Perform system testing, evaluation and commissioning of motion control systems
- Propose and generate wiring diagrams, cable drawing for motion systems
- Preform product evaluation and performance benchmarking for motion control peripherals
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical, Control Engineering, or other relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledgeable in ACS motion control is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
