Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd Level support for e-Commerce application & systems
- Diagnose problems in several areas including operating systems, application and identify solutions to resolve issues
- Communicate with customers for application deployment and supports andcreate technical guide documents
- Work closely with Project Manager, QA team and developers to deliver according to the timeline
Requirements
- Diploma in IT
- Min 1 years hands on experience in Microsoft Operating Systems
- Basic knowledge in the following are also strongly encouraged to apply: JSP, ASP, Microsoft SQL, Web/Application server Technologies, E-commerce
- experience configuring web and application servers
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English language
- experience configuring web and application servers such as Apache HTTP, Resin, JBOSS AS, Apache Tomcat or Web Logic
