Responsibilities
- Support design-in / win of discrete and ICs products at application level with direct customer interaction
- Design customized system solutions including hardware and embedded software for battery powered applications / motor control
- Perform circuit analysis, simulation, and bench validation based on customer application requirements; generate reference schematics, BOM, PCB layout guidelines, and test reports
- Evaluate competitor’s products and demonstrate transition to in-house solutions
- Develop know-how on motor control applications, work closely with our customer’s to capture requirements for future products
- Create professional training material and train customers on products and system concepts
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, R&D and Account Teams to create suitable solutions
- Visit customers in EMEA region for technical discussions and to provide trainings
Requirements
- A University Degree (Master or above) in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Software Development or equivalent
- Min 3 years of relevant working experience within the semiconductor industry, electronics or similar functions with customer exposure
- Strong knowledge of system-level design and architecture (incl. embedded domain)
- Good knowhow on power electronics (eg. Mosfet)
