ACMV & BUILDING ENGINEER ($3000-$4000/AWS/VB)ref: TK    

$4K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  Central

Responsibilities

• Responsible for building services such as Civil, Structural, infrastructure works.
• Ensure all works are carried out safely and in accordance with safety work procedures.
• Mange, guide and provide support and advice to Technical officer and technicians on Building Services & ACMV systems as well as and in attending to breakdown calls
• Review, update and maintain any building related and ACMV system drawings etc.
• Responsible for mechanical services, system operations and maintenance program not limited to systems such as Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, MV, Cooling Towers, Autotube etc..
• Carry out analysis on poor performing equipment.
• Prepare and submit Incident Report in a timely manner.
• Responsible for implementing preventive and corrective maintenance program in accordance with the standards, all corporate policies and legislated regulations

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering / FM discipline
• minimum 3 years experience
• Independent and able to work under minimum supervision
• Excellent communication and people engagement skills
