Responsibilities
- Report to Corporate Headquarter (HQ) in Greater China, and function as the appointed liaison.
- Responsible for the overall accounting and day-to-day finance operations of Regional Office in Singapore.
- Completing the calssification, sorting, auditing, filing of all related accounting and financial documents
Research, present, and Indexing information - Monthly supplier reconciliation; assisting and completing withholding tax declarations
- Invoicing process and ensuring tax compliance towards IFRS
- Assist in filing quarterly GST declaration, annual Corporate Income Tax return
- Working with internal & external and corporate secretarial to prepare supporting documents for annual audit
- Any other duties as assigned by Regional Stakeholder in Singapore
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance or equivalent
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience.
- Friendly, patient, good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexible and proactive attitude.
