Location: West
Responsibilities
- To generate sales revenue from new and existing customers
- To provide excellent after sales support to customers
- Monitoring of products quality, delivery and also collect payment from respective accounts on schedule every month
- Attend to customer’s complaints promptly and resolve any issues amicably
- Gather market information and customer’s feedback to the company
- To solve various issues related to order fulfilment, such as customer complaints and replacement orders
- Establish excellent customer relationship professionally with all customers
- To aggressively promote new and higher value added products to existing and new customers professionally to achieve sales target
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Possess skills in Sales and Marketing, Communications and Customer Relationship Management is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
