Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Lead the Brand team consisting of influencer, social media and PR managers, designers and specialists.
- Maintain and define the Brand direction and strategy.
- Strategise and lead the brands global content portfolio.
- Gain deep understanding and insights of the Sand & Sky customers as well as the beauty market and consumer trends
- Define together with the Head of Innovation the product roadmap and craft product USPs and positioning for a global skincare market.
- Develop creative marketing strategies (inclusive of influencer and PR) and fresh/innovative campaigns as well as craft photoshoot briefs together with the design lead
- Manage the creative team and global content portfolio
- Help craft the social media strategy and community building around the brand
Requirements
- At least 10+ years in Brand, Ecommerce and Marketing roles
- A proven record in a marketing role or similar for brands with a global audience.
- At least 5 years of management experience
- BA degree in Brand Marketing or similar field as minimum
