Responsibilities
- Handle Staff welfare and benefits.
- Construction-related training courses.
- Work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
- Manage Man-years given by the main contractor.
- Advise Director on HR-related matters.
- Handle Director’s meeting schedule.
- Track timelines and manage schedules efficiently.
- Manage Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, and Quotations.
Requirements
- Knowledge of MOM employment laws.
- Prior experience in the Construction industry is preferred.
- Friendly, patient, good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to multi-task and detail-oriented
