Responsibilities
- Responsible to support, review, and act as a key approver of artwork and creative materials and new product development (NPD) including representing regulatory matters in project meetings
- To lead with reference to the countries’ food regulations ie. Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Taiwan and China markets
- Coordinate and liaise with China counterpart to ensure the regulatory compliance
- To identify and advise on levels of risk as well as strategies for mitigation in a commercial context
- Ensure all market registrations and other documentation required for access of products into importing countries are obtained, managed, maintained and available as required by the business
- Manage the regulatory compliance with licensing and endorsement agreements such as Healthier Choice Symbol
- Ad-hoc communication with authorities regarding regulatory or compliance issues to resolve
Requirements
- Degree in any discipline or related
- Minimum 3 years’ regulatory experience in F&B manufacturing / FMCG or related industry
- Good understanding and working experience in different regulatory environment in multiple countries
- Ability to manage and priorities multiple projects independently on the assigned markets
- Possess strong communication skills with all multi-levels
