$6500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of production including cleaning
- Plan realistic cost & production schedule to meet KPI
- Monitor wastage, overtime, staffing and expenses spending
- Analyse & improve production processes towards productivity efficiency
- Ensure cost efficiency of production from raw materials to end product
- Innovative in initiating production/product improvement
- Prepare budget, production plans & activity to meet target
- Ordering supplies, equipment repairs and other materials to keep the operation smooth
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in & Food science/Food Technology/Manufacturing engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of food processing machinery and packing machinery is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
