Location: West
Responsibilities
- Responsible to supervise, coordinate and organize the intra-departmental routine activities of your Department.
- Manage production in Workshop
- Manage sample leftovers in Workshop
- Review existing work flows and procedure and make recommendations for improvements and executing improvement plans.
- Make proposal to HOD on new SOPs that deem fits.
- Ensure that all personnel in your department shall act impartially, be competent and work in accordance with the laboratory’s management standards.
- Ensure the daily activities of your team comply with QA procedures and standards.
- Ensure the daily activities of your team comply with Workplace Health & Safety regulations
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Design or the related industries
- At least 3 years of experience in managing workshop operations and operating machines.
- Demonstrated abilities to work collaboratively across the organization
- Proven ability to lead, manage and inspire a team
