Location: East
Responsibilities
- Good knowledge of Windows 2008, Windows 2012, Failover Cluster, Hyper-V, Altiris and HP DL/BL Series Hardware
- Advanced troubleshooting skills in WINDOWSOS & Hyper-V related issues
- Performance Analysis and Root cause analysis for Critical and Major incidents
- Server Deployment, configuration, Bios upgrades and firmware upgrades.
- Patch Management and Antivirus Management
- Knowledge and/or hands on working experience with Altiris and Active Directory
- Knowledge and/or hands on working experience with emerging technologies – Cloud IaaS, HP Synergy is advantageous
- Driving of Critical incidents to resolution with Incident Management Team on a war room bridge coordinating with different teams and relevant stakeholders
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Scripting Knowledge in PowerShell is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
