Responsibilities
- Responsible to liaise with customer service department to arrange all inbound/outbound activities within deadline
- Conduct daily spot checks on documentation, warehouse operation process, warehouse surrounding
- Maintained records for all operational documents
- Perform operational training to team members
- Managed team attendance records and verified vendor invoices and Overtime management for team members
- Managed purchase requisition and system updates
Requirements
- 3 years’ experience as a warehouse supervisor experience to handle staff members of 20 headcounts
- Possess forklift license
- Basic PC skills and experience to handle warehouse management systems
