Responsibilities
- Responsible for logistics hub operations
- Manage costs within the budget to meet business results
- Lead and drive for continuous improvement in materials flow, manning, space and inventory management, fleet management
- Perform risk assessment together with HSE department and ensure safety first for operation
- Manage data through a combination of data mining, modeling and analysis (cost-benefit analysis, problem analysis, etc.)
- Work with the operations team to ensure decisions for operational activities and strategic objectives are met;
- Monitor the efficiency of operational procedures according to organizational objectives and propose and implement improvements amongst the team
Requirements
- Diploma in logistics
- Min 3 years experience in a managerial position in Warehouse operations
- Support change in a fast moving environments & coach organization
- Ability to use the technical skill, process discipline to build & develop service deliverables & capabilities.
