WAREHOUSE EXECUTIVE ($2500-$3500/AWS/VB)ref: KY

$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: West

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and receipts using warehouse management systems (WMS) or databases.
• Prepare and process documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Handle paperwork related to inventory counts, returns, and discrepancies.
• Oversee the inventory of raw materials, ensuring adequate stock levels for production needs.
• Manage inventory of completed orders, organizing and optimizing storage for efficient retrieval and shipment.
• Maintain accurate records of online goods inventory, ensuring alignment with sales demands
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Support inventory control procedures, including labeling, tagging, and organizing stock locations.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics/Warehouse Management and/or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and warehouse management software (WMS) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
