WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT CUM ADMIN ($2000-$2200/AWS/VB)ref: MJT  

$2200 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  CBD

Responsibilities

• Data entry and keeping accurate records in a warehouse environment.
• Perform warehouse admin duties. (e.g., point of contact between the warehouse and other departments, processing of A&P)
• Creates warehouse tags for pallets/cartons/pieces received into the warehouse, returned product back to stock and updates location of product in the database
• Accurately documents any exceptions to the receipt of products. (Damage, shortages, overages, etc.)
• Uploads clear, accurate pictures associated with damages, into the database.
• Responsible for updating pallet/goods locations in the database.
• Responsible for changing status in the database, as required. (e.g.: product reservation, product pulled, etc.)
• Prepares reports, such as inventory balance, short shelf-life / expired products and shortages.

Requirements

• GCE ‘N’/’O’/ITE or its equivalent
• Preferably with 1 year’s working experience in a warehouse admin environment
• Proficient in MS Office skills
• Independent with good interpersonal and communication skills
