5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Ensure daily warehouse operation reports are submitted accurately and timely
- Monitor staff’s attendance and leave applications
- Preparation and monitoring of staff duty roster
- Keep track of staff training/orientation records
- Responsible for effective administrative/clerical function in the warehouse office
- To assist Goods Receiving Supervisor in Maximizing Storage Capacity and Stock Counts conducted by Customer.
- Counseling staff on matters pertaining to Admin Issues such as lateness and not reporting to work without valid reasons.
- Warehouse Patrolling and inform Supervisors / QEHSS if found any form of Unsafe acts or Conditions.
Requirements
- GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Levels
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Presentation
- Good communication and negotiation skill
