$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance

Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Monitoring vessel cargo operations, movement, speed and bunker consumption performances.
- Communicating with charterers, shipowners, agents and captains on regarding voyage instructions, vessel itineraries etc.
- Reviewing cargo stowage and optimizing cargo liftings, loading & unloading sequences.
- Coordinating port agent appointments, reviewing the PDAs and FDAs.
- Ensuring that all data for the voyages are updated in the shipping system.
- Ensuring hire/freight invoices are issued on a timely basis and as per Charter Party.
- Calculating laytime and issue Demurrage claims, along with negotiating and settling the demurrage claims and payment of despatch.
- Follow up on all shipment related activities and ensure in line with Charter party.
Requirements
- Degree/ Diploma in Maritime related studies
- 2 year of relevant experience
- Proficient in using systems (eg. IMOS)
- Meticulous and independent in work.
