Responsibilities
- Collation, compiling and generating data for quarterly reports
- Assist in managing vendor portals and assist in deal registration/ rebate submission & claims tracking
- Scheduling of meetings and training sessions with vendors for internal teams
- Preparing and reviewing of agreements, contracts, NDAs, etc
- Assist in managing 2nd & 3rd tier vendors
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in relevant discipline
- Min 1 year experience in IT industry
- Proficient in MS Office ie. Excel
- Good presentation & communication skills
