Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to identify user needs/behavior, and usability testing’s to detect user friction, continuously improving the user experience throughout the user journey
- Develop end-to-end interaction flow diagrams that address specific user requirements (and implement consistent interaction patterns).
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, process flows, site maps and other UX deliverables
- Develop user interface (UI) designs and implement visual standards, informed by user needs, product vision and organisation guidelines.
- Write concise, well-crafted messages that supports and brings to life the content strategy of a product or service.
- Collaborate closely with the Product & Engineering Team to define and implement innovative solutions & experience improvements
Requirements:
- Diploma in Interactive Design, Visual Design, or related discipline.
- Completed at least one (1) project using Scrum or equivalent as the Agile software development framework
- One (1) year’s experience as a User Experience Designer.
- Experienced in developing site maps and workflows, screen-level wireframes, create visual designs and prototypes and conduct usability testing such as Hallway Testing and A/B Testing.
