Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and different stakeholders to create experiences that drives impact to sales and customer experience
- Responsible in the production of effective experience design for Singtel’s digital services/platforms across business units
- Work in AGILE or Initiative-lead way of working.
- Experiment with A/B or multi-variant testing to understand how to drive effectiveness of experiences, and reduce confusion and leakage in journeys
- Use and analyse data to inform design solutions
- Produce intuitive and engaging User Interfaces (UI) using the Singtel’s Design Language System
- Create discussion guides and collaborate with research team for usability studies
- Checks quality of final design in UAT, BRT and Production environments.
Requirements
- Diploma/degree in digital media or digital product design, UXUI design, or relevant professional work experience
- Min 3 years of relevant digital UXUI design/digital product design (agency/in-house)
- Experienced in Digital interface design, User experience design, Concept ideation and prototyping, Figma, Sketch app, Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communicator and collaborator
