Location: East
Responsibilities
- Support the trading activities in alignment with approved trading limits and the company’s operation policy
- Day to day interface with traders, clearers, brokers, clients and suppliers – managing relationships and responding to queries
- Reconcile positions sheets and contracts for both physical and derivatives contracts
- Monitor and circulate p/l and position reports and/or other trading reports as required by the business
- Liaise with the operations team to ensure that physical contracts are accurately reflected in the trading system and assist with managing inventory and cargoes
- Assist in managing credit risk limits and new applications
- Work closely with traders to assist with credit line applications and warehouse credit line applications
- Ensure all activities comply with company guidelines and policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of trade flows and Inco terms is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
