Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall strategic management of the company’s investment and financing operations.
- Responsible for establishing and improving the company’s investment and financing management system, workflow, and work norms.
- Responsible for business design and implementation of investment and financing plans.
- Based on the needs of company’s business development, formulate a credit funds plan, and prepare a rational financing progress control plan in combination with the bank’s financing approval and management process to ensure that credit funds are timely in place.
- Responsible for the exploration, maintenance and customer management of financing channels; establish and maintain various financing channels, maintain good cooperative relations with banks, customs, cooperative institutions or related business departments, and ensure smooth business operations.
- Responsible for the communication between the company and financial institutions, investment institutions and other financing channels, looking for financing capital and planning financing projects.
- Responsible for screening investment projects, implementing due diligence, providing analysis reports, and conducting risk management.
- Responsible for the whole process of analysis, selection, project approval, risk analysis, implementation and supervision of investment and financing projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with warehousing system / software is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
