Location: East
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage tools license usage, demand and supply; raise request for additional licenses as necessary
- Point of contact for external tooling teams or product vendors
- Support and maintain the infrastructure related to the testing tools
- Support the best practices adoption in tool usage
- Co-ordinate with the testing tool vendors to understand the latest features of the tools and plan upgrades
- Work with the appointed test service providers to understand the additional features required in the tools and co-ordinate with the tool vendors to bring in the new features
- Work with tools vendors and project testing team when there is a need to build a customization and be responsible to get the customization delivered and maintained
- Interface with different teams within the bank for test engineering problem solving
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree in computer engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Good understanding of market leading tools e.g. TOSCA, Load Runner, Appium, Jira, Zephyr, Mobile Device farms, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
