Responsibilities
- Provide pre and post sales support on products and solutions including network system
- Provide product support and perform system set-up for clients
- Work closely with internal team to ensure fulfillment of network and technical aspects
- Provide guidance and training to clients on product usage
- Pro-actively support other tasks (including ad-hoc projects) as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma / ITE certificates, certificates in Electronic Engineering / IT / Computing field would be an advantage
- Class 3 manual driving license is a plus
- Equipped with good administrative and interpersonal skills
- No experience are welcome
