TECHNICIAN ($2000-$3000/AWS/VB)ref: FC

$3K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: North

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting of car park equipment, diagnosis of breakdowns and enhance servicing of car park systems.
• Upkeep and perform preventive maintenance of parking equipment, replacement of parts and components at car park sites.
• Assist in resolving technical issues with contractors, suppliers, vendors and customers.
• Perform start-up works for new car parks and termination works for handing over of existing car parks, such as termination of telephone lines, coordinating with contractors to install or dismantle signage and equipment etc.
• Co-ordinate and follow-up with projects on site.
• Maintain documentation of maintenance and repair works, purchases, testing records, etc.
• Initiate purchase requisition for spare parts, consumable items and works orders.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft offices and computer skills
• Possess a Class 3 License.
