Location: North
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the installation and usage of our electrical products.
- Diagnose problems and guide customers through solutions, ensuring they can effectively use our products.
- Collaborate with our installation teams and engineers to address complex issues and provide comprehensive solutions.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve our products and services.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and product developments to better support customers.
- Create user-friendly guides and manuals to aid customers in understanding and using our products effectively.
- Conduct product testing to identify and address any potential issues or improvements.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude when assisting customers and working with colleagues.
Requirements
- NITEC /Degree /Diploma and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in a technical support role, ideally within the electricity installation industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
