Responsibilities
- Overall responsible to lead the Technical Support department, to provide support to the company’s products.
- Handles and solve technical issues of the products to reduce downtime for the customers
- Provide technical support to New Vehicles sales and aftersales
- Provide technical product training & updates to workshop team, customer & dealers
- Involve in R & D Projects of the company, technical investigations,
- improvement ideas and methods to enhance our products & process quality
- Manage the Quality Assurance Process for production line
- Achieve customers satisfaction in our technical department
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive
- Min 5 years experience in supervisory or management roles
- Candidates with automotive, aerospace and shipping industry are welcomed
- Possess problem solving capability
