Technical Support Engineers ($3K – $3.8K / AWS / VB) (RC)

– Salary Range: $2600 – $3800

– Various locations available

– Many openings

• Responsible for issues pertaining to application and product quality
• Provide application solutions
• Provides pre & post sales technical and sales support to customers
• Handles technical enquiries
• Conducts technical presentations to customers
• Conducts technical training
• Liaises with quality department on customer quality requirements
• Develops prints and documents for customers
• Works closely with customers’ engineers

• Diploma / Degree in mechanical engineering or relevant engineering experience
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in application engineering environment
• Able to use various types of measuring equipment
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings
