OT & Allowances entitled
- Entitled to transport reimbursement / car allowance
- Planning of corrective and preventive action visits for customers
- Provide technical support customers as needed to ensure customer needs are met.
- Provide standby for customers on a weekly rotational basis.
- Ensure KPI are met.
- Report issues and customer feedbacks to supervisor or regional support team on a monthly basis.
- Manage key accounts that are being assigned.
- Review and maintain spare parts in own c-location needed to support local operations.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree or equivalent in Biomedical / Mechatronic / Electronics Engineering
- 3-5 years working experience
- Field service support
- Maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, servicing for medical equipment
