Entitled to transport reimbursement / car allowance
Planning of corrective and preventive action visits for customers in Singapore.
Provide technical support customers as needed to ensure customer needs are met.
Provide standby for customers on a weekly rotational basis.
Ensure KPI are met.
Report issues and customer feedbacks to supervisor or regional support team on a monthly basis.
Manage key accounts that are being assigned.
Review and maintain spare parts in own c-location needed to support local operations.
Diploma or Degree or equivalent in Biomedical / Mechatronic / Electronics Engineering
3-5 years working experience
Field service support
Maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, servicing for medical equipment
