Technical Support Engineer ( $3K – $3.6K / AWS / VB)

• Entitled to transport reimbursement / car allowance
• Planning of corrective and preventive action visits for customers
• Provide technical support customers as needed to ensure customer needs are met.
• Provide standby for customers on a weekly rotational basis.
• Ensure KPI are met.
• Report issues and customer feedbacks to supervisor or regional support team on a monthly basis.
• Manage key accounts that are being assigned.
• Review and maintain spare parts in own c-location needed to support local operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree or equivalent in Biomedical / Mechatronic / Electronics Engineering
• 3-5 years working experience
• Field service support
• Maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, servicing for medical equipment
