Salary Range: $3.3K – $3.8K
Planning of corrective and preventive action visits for customers.
Provide technical support to customers as needed to ensure customer needs are met.
Adhere to procedures and processes to ensure department’s KPI are met.
Report issues and customer feedbacks to his supervisor or regional support team on a monthly basis.
Manage key accounts that are being assigned.
Review and maintain spare parts
Provide 24hrs standby for local customers on a weekly rotational basis.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree or equivalent in Biomedical / Mechatronic /
Electronics Engineering.
3-5 years working experience
Microsoft office
Good communication skills.
