Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Electrical: Cable layouts check, wire termination check, torque inspection, electrical continuity check, insulation resistance inspection, Hi-pot test witness.
- Commissioning: Hardware configuration inspection, program running test, I/O channels test, HMI commissioning.
- Function test: Emergency stop/limit switch/interlock, chain lock, brake function, main hoist function, boom hoist function, trolley drive function, vibration test /illumination test/ Noise test, crane weighting and forestay stress distribution test, and crane endurance test etc.
- Submit corrective action recommendations to both client and manufacturer for quality problems and project management.
- Verification on the rectification of issues listed in NCR, punch list, and MEMO.
- Coordination and management of project progress and quality.
- Undertake any other Technical related assignments as and when required.
- Results-oriented and performance-driven
Requirements
- Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with international and local maritime regulations and requirements is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
